Driver
conduct and experience
Our
drivers are uniformed, well groomed and neatly attired.
They are courteous, professional and polite. They will
offer their assistance when called upon, to help plan
the scheduling of the travel time between destinations,
cities, picture stops and meal breaks.
They will remain flexible to changes in the itinerary
and scheduling of the bus trip. They will do their best
to ensure that passengers enjoy themselves while riding
aboard the bus.
Our drivers are well-travelled in all major cities
throughout British Columbia, Alberta, the Canadian
Rockies, Western & Midwestern USA and the the Yukon
and Alaska. They are very experienced in driving winter
conditions throughout Canada and the Pacific Northwest.

Driver
Certificates
All our drivers have passed 2 road tests. One: the
ISL Advanced Driver Training courses. Two: a certificate
of road test in accordance with federal motor carrier
safety regulations.
All drivers have passed both a defensive driving and
avoidance techniques course as recognized by the British
Columbia safety council.
All drivers have passed drug tests in accordance with
federal highways administration, with the goal of a
drug-free environment.
All drivers have passed a written examination in
accordance with federal motor safety regulations
(391.35).
All drivers possess a qualification certificate that
states they are fully qualified under part 391 of the
federal motor carrier safety regulations to operate all
ISL equipment.
